The International Union of Painters and Allied Trades represents glaziers throughout the province of Ontario. Glaziers, also known as Architectural Glass and Metal Technicians, work in small two to four person shops as well as in major companies and corporations in all parts of North America, and even some that are global. Glaziers in Toronto, and all over Ontario, work on residential properties like low and high rise condominiums as well as schools, small strip plazas to large mega malls, hospitals, high rise office towers, and hotels. If you’ve walked through an entrance, a glass and metal glazier has been there.
