Last night at the Venetian Hall in Concord, Ontario, Canada, a special event was held to honor the retirees of IUPAT DC 46. BMST Bruno Mandic welcomed everyone and introduced our retirees and guests to our speakers. Among those who addressed the crowd were IUPAT General President Jimmy Williams Jr., IUPAT Senior Advisor Robert Kucheran, IUPAT Canadian Vice President Simon Hazelwood, Minister of Labour David Piccinni, Member of Parliament-Secretary of State for Labour John Zerucelli, Member of Parliament Julie Dzerowicz, and retired BMST Bill Nicholls. They expressed their gratitude for the extensive work the retirees have contributed to building the IUPAT.
The hall was filled with over 500 people, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. The evening was vibrant with laughter, music, and camaraderie.
As a token of appreciation, all retirees received a beautiful vest adorned with our IUPAT logo.
