Popup Vaccine Clinic Today

Attention all members,

There is a pop-up vaccine clinic today at 3710 Chesswood Dr, Toronto ON, held by Humber River Hospital. They are providing first dose Moderna vaccine for people 18 years of age or older who live or work in any ‘M’ postal code (must show proof of address).

Where: Montecassino Place Suites Hotel, 3710 Chesswood Dr, Toronto ON M3J 2W4

When: Thursday, May 27, 2021 (Open 2 pm until supply lasts)

What: Drop-in only, no appointments required. Individuals who do not live or work in the above listed postal codes are not eligible to get their vaccine at this clinic.

Bring ID that shows who you are and where you live or work:

• Driver’s license
• Passport
• Health card (optional)
• Proof of employment (work identification/pay stub)
