Beginning Tuesday, February 9, 2021, emergency child care will be extended to construction workers working on essential projects that have been permitted to continue during the provincial shutdown, in Toronto, York Region and Peel. This expansion will end on Friday, February 12, 2021, as students in Toronto, York Region and Peel return to in-person learning on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.
