Attention: All Members of the IUPAT Working in the ICI Sector Under Appendix “A” and Appendix “B” of the Provincial Collective Agreement
The Union wishes to advise that a “no board” report was released by the Ministry of Labour today regarding the Provincial Collective Agreement, thereby putting the Union in a legal strike position by midnight on June 20, 2022.
While the Union is always open to a negotiated settlement, the members should nevertheless prepare themselves for a strike in the event no agreement is reached by June 20, 2022.
