The Union bargaining committee wishes to advise that it met with the respective contractors association and the conciliation officer on May 17, 2022 regarding the status of bargaining.
Pursuant to this meeting, the Union requested a “no-board” from the conciliation officer. Once the “no-board” is issued by the Ministry, the Union will notify you as to the next steps for a legal strike.
