All members and their families are invited to attend our annual District Council 46 Family Barbecue.
The past years have been filled with fun and activities for you and your families – this year promises to be just as successful!
The FAMILY BARBECUE will take place on:
Sunday, July 7th, 2019 @ 11:00 a.m. (rain or shine)
Lunch will be served between 11:30 am – 2:30 pm

(No Pets Allowed)
Please note: Shelter is provided on site in case of rain. The park opens at 10:00 a.m.
We will have rides and slides for children, face painting, prizes and lots of food and soft drinks. Also, there is a swimming pool at the park for your family to enjoy! Be sure to bring your towels (there will be lifeguards on duty).
D.C. 46 and the affiliated Local Unions have contributed toward many great prizes. In order for you and your family to be eligible to win a prize, you must send in your RSVP card(s) and be present at the barbecue. These cards will be used to draw for the prizes. If you haven’t received your RSVP card, please contact us at 416-630-9604 or stop by the office to fill them in!

As you are aware, preparations for this event are numerous and require all the help we can get. Please consider volunteering for this years’ event!
We need approximately 30 volunteers to help make the day run smooth. District Council 46 will draw from all the responses received, the names of 30 volunteers. As this is our general email, please inform us that you are interested in volunteering your time to assist in creating an awesome day for everyone!
