We are excited to announce the District Council 46 Scholarship Award Program! This year, we are offering three scholarships to the children and grandchildren of IUPAT District Council 46 members, which include painters, drywall tapers, glaziers, hazmat workers, stucco workers, sign writers, fireproofers, epoxy floor workers, and polyurethane workers. If you have a family member interested in furthering their education, encourage them to apply for this scholarship.
Committed to Educational Accessibility
At IUPAT, we believe in the importance of education in all its forms. Whether through trade school, college, or university, we aim to make education more accessible and affordable. Despite rising post-secondary education costs, we want to ensure that talented and determined students have the opportunity to pursue their educational goals.
A scholarship committee of members from District Council 46 will be awarding three scholarship awards of $2,000.00 each to the institution of choice for a member’s child or grandchild.
How to Apply for the Scholarship
To win one of the scholarship awards, applicants must submit an essay of not less than 1,000 words and not more than 2,000 words on the specific topic below:
