Digital Benefits for IUPAT Members
Due to ongoing changes surrounding the pandemic, IUPAT has introduced a number of digital benefits for members to access and use. Among these digital benefits are three support applications, which are eClaims, vCare and mHealth. IUPAT members and their eligible dependents will be able to submit claims electronically and access healthcare professionals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from their mobile device or desktop computer.
eClaims is an application used to make claim submissions. Through the application or the online website, IUPAT members and eligible dependents will be able to submit receipts, view the status of payments, view their claims history and more.
Once IUPAT members register online or through the app (BPA eClaims), they’ll be able to submit their claims electronically.
vCare is an application used for medical concerns. It provides 24/7 personalized support via text or video chat. Through the app or website, members receive virtual consultations, prescription refills, virtual follow-ups and more.
This application is particularly useful for avoiding visits to walk-in clinics for non-emergency issues such as rashes, digestive issues, flus and colds, etc.
mHealth is an application used for mental health concerns. Through mHealth’s automated assessment tool, members can assess any mental health issues they may have. The tool will also offer support or suggestions on how to improve their mental wellbeing. In addition, the application offers a variety of articles on mental health and a virtual mental health program.
